The challenge: Show how the KFC Auto service works without turning the film into a dull step-by-step instruction. We needed to explain the service clearly, but in a way that never felt like the viewer was being “walked through” something.

The solution: Together with the agency, we built a format where the service is explained through strong visuals, rhythm, and storytelling. Instead of a literal “first drive here, then do this,” the result became an atmospheric, lively film where the mechanics of KFC Auto come across naturally and effortlessly.
Projects like this show something important: even an explainer video can be engaging when you treat it not as an instruction, but as real communication — something that also has to compete for the viewer’s attention. During prep, we also created a previs in-house, which helped the client understand the future film’s rhythm, mood, and overall approach in advance.
